Are Missions a Menace?
FATHER C. C. MARTINDALE, S.J.
The well-known Oxford philosopher and controversialist was in South Africa for nine months in 1930. The article represents the main part of a lecture given at the Royal Empire Society on the 24th November with Lord Hailey in the chair. Fr. Martindale began by apologising for the limited nature of his experience.
