South African Native Policies
This lecture was given on the 24th November, with Sir William Clark, a former High Commissioner in the Union, as Chairman. Mrs. Ballinger is a former Lecturer in History who, since the abolition of the Cape Franchise in 1936, has sat in the South African Parliament as one of the three Independent representatives of the Bantu. In this time, she has made a great reputation for ability and courage.
