Co-operatives in Nigeria

Much loose talk is heard of the possibilities of co-operation in Africa, so that it is useful to have a factual statement of the position in one of the largest areas by the man who, for some years, has been Registrar of Co-operatives in Nigeria. Mr. Harg has recently retired from the Service.
