South Africa's Position in the Western World
This address by the South African High Commissioner in London was given at a joint meeting of the Royal African Society and the Royal Empire Society on February 24. The Earl of Clarendon, an honorary Vice-President of the Royal African Society, was in the Chair. The vote of thanks at the conclusion of the address was proposed by Sir Harry Batterbee, Deputy Chairman of the Royal Empire Society, on behalf of both Societies.
